The articles will pass through the Paint Baking Oven for a period of 20 minutes at inside air temperature of 150 oC & conveyor speed of 2.0 mtr/min. The oven structure comprises of independent channel framework, which supports specially insulated cassette section. The cassettes are joined airtight by a heat resistant sealant. This independent framework, cassettes design and joining system ensures a minimum heat loss through walls. The heater box consists of closed chamber made out of insulated cassette section, which are supported by sturdy channeled framework. Burner & heat exchanger with the 4 pass design are used as heating media. The circulation air blower sucks the air from the suction port inside the oven and passed it over to the tubes and drums of the heat exchanger. Then the heated air is delivered from the hot air delivery duct and is circulated throughout the oven through hot air distribution ducts so that uniform temperature is maintained throughout the oven. The dead zone is provided at the entry and exit of the oven to reduce the heat losses.
